Anne Baxter an Academy Award Winning Actress

Anne Baxter (May 7, 1923 ā€“ December 12, 1985) American actress of stage and screen won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for her role as Sophie in the 1946 film “The Razor’s Edge” and received an Academy Award nomination for Best Actress for the title role in the 1950 film “All About Eve”. Her other films of note include “The Magnificent Ambersons” (1942), “I Confess” (1953) and “The Ten Commandments” (1956). Anne Baxter has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame at 6741 Hollywood Blvd.
