Billie Dove (May 14, 1903 – December 31, 1997) was an American actress of the silent film era known for her on screen femininity and sensuality. In her heyday, this ravishing and highly photogenic beauty, rivaled that of Mary Pickford, Marion Davies and Clara Bow in popularity. She retired after only a few years into the talking picture era.
