Robert Donat an Academy Award Winner

Robert Donat (March 18, 1905 – June 9, 1958) was an English film and stage actor. He is best known for his roles in Alfred Hitchcock’s “The 39 Steps” (1935) and “Goodbye, Mr. Chips” (1939) for which he won an Academy Award for Best Actor. Robert Donat has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame for motion pictures at 6420 Hollywood Blvd.
