Susan Hayward a five time Academy Award nominee for Best Actress

Susan Hayward (June 30, 1917 – March 14, 1975) an American actress who achieved recognition for her acting abilities with five Academy Award nominations for Best Actress. Hayward won an Academy Award for Best Actress for her portrayal of death row inmate Barbara Graham in “I Want to Live!” (1958). Other Susan Hayward movies include “Beau Geste” (1939), “Smash-Up: The Story of a Woman” (1947), “My Foolish Heart” (1949), “David and Bathsheba” (1951), “The Snows of Kilimanjaro” (1952), “With a Song in My Heart” (1952), and “Garden of Evil (1954). For her contribution to the film industry, Susan Hayward has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame at 6251 Hollywood Boulevard.
