Vivien Leigh

Vivien Leigh, Lady Olivier (November 5, 1913 – July 8, 1967) was a British actress. Leigh won two Academy Awards for Best Actress for her portrayal of the southern belle Scarlett O’Hara in the American Civil War drama “Gone with the Wind” (1939) and for her portrayal of Blanche DuBois in “A Streetcar Named Desire” (1951). She is ranked 16th on AFI’s 100 Years…100 Stars greatest actress list by the American Film Institute.
